Challenge
Operations were split across three disconnected systems and manual spreadsheets. Nobody could see a vehicle's location and its condition at the same moment, and dispatch ran on phone calls. The result was slow response and reactive maintenance after breakdowns rather than scheduled before them.
Solution
We built a single platform that ingests location and sensor data from the vehicles, surfaces it on a live dispatch board, and drives a maintenance schedule based on actual usage rather than the calendar. It was designed for connectivity loss: the app stores locally and syncs when the network returns.
Impact
The control room moved from three partial pictures of the fleet to one, and maintenance shifted from reaction to scheduling.

How we delivered it
- 01
Discovery
Two weeks in the control room mapping the process as it actually runs, not as documented.
- 02
Architecture
Data model and service boundaries designed, vehicle telemetry protocol selected.
- 03
Build
Two-week increments, starting with the dispatch board, then tracking, then maintenance.
- 04
Operate
Staged rollout to one region, expanded after two weeks of stable running.
